Joe RI returned the trailer on Wednesday, as agreed, but noticed an extra day’s charge. The app showed a specific rental price, yet at the warehouse, I was charged nearly $100 extra for insurance. The service seems unclear, and branch employees didn’t provide clear explanations. Thanks.
