ottis W.Truck was dirty inside. I had reserved through your app and requested a mobile pickup but when arrived the location would work. Had to go in and waste time doing what I had already done. When returning the same so I could not check it in either

Throughout the process, it was clear that, I as the customer, was not the focus of the efforts. Nothing in the process was done to make it less inconvenient for me. It was a terrible experience.
