The vehicle was not maintained well, even though it was only 131K miles on it. The vehicle was wobbling, the steering was going left or right just like that. If applied brake it will go like sudden break and take a while to come back. I have driven trucks bigger than this before, but had a really hard time driving the vehicle. Don't recommend the place and vehicle(AB-93408)

I had to un-hook the 6X12 tandem axle trailer by myself was pretty heavy. I’m a big guy so no problem, but older or female could be an issue.

Not be so rude and disrespectful to customers.

Hire someone who knows what they're doing. Provide assistance when connecting equipment to customer vehicles. Go on Undercover Boss and see what the customer sees.

Fast in and fast out. Everything was just as it was supposed to be. I was very pleased.

Everything was great - including service. The truck was just dirty, had trash, and smelt like smoke.

There weren’t any signs designating where to drop off U-Haul.

When I went to pick up my trailer, I waited some time for the only associate in the store to handle other customers and then help me with my U-Haul equipment. He was not very friendly or helpful. I feel it was pretty obvious that I did not know what I was doing handling this equipment, but he spent little time explaining things to me.

When offering options for dropoff locations, make sure to allow customers to use all options. Do not offer options, then refuse to honor all but one. I attempted to use the one closest to me, but was told that since that location was closed and another was open, I was required to use the open location or pay an additional fee to use the closest one, even though both were originally offered as valid options.

The location where I originally reserved the truck did not have it ready at the appointment time. Stop and Go had a truck and was able to get me going quickly.

I’ve rented many of uhauls and moved many of times. I was. Shocked because I paid 150 that included deposit and I was quoted rates online for 30$ A day. I went under the mileage estimate. Filled the uhaul back to where it was in gas and I always get money back from deposit. I expected 60$-$80. I think total we drove it 36 miles estimated 40. Anyways I received 9$ back. Also I bought supplies there a small roll of seran wrap and it was $6.99. My sister in law stopped at uhaul in another city nearby and paid 2$ for her role. I don’t understand why it cost more for this uhual than ever when I moved literally four blocks from my old home and only had $9 returned to me. That hurt me financially. Otherwise the owner was nice and courteous and we were under an hour late returning due to traffic and driving it slow and I called and he was fine with it. So there was the positive side of this experience. In the future I’ll drive 30 miles away to rent from th same place I always have. Actually it’s more like 40 miles away now.

The UHAUL 20ft. Moving truck alignment was so far off that the steering wheel looked like I was taking a left hand turn when I was going straight. When I was on the highway I could not go over 65MPH without there being a loud screech. The air conditioning went in and out when I was half way through Oklahoma. The gas mileage was terrible most likely due to the poor maintenance on the truck. I made this drive with a 15 ft truck and pulled a Jeep Trailhawk behind the truck about a month ago and got better gas mileage. I called UHAUL 3 times while I was on my trip and all three times I was on hold for 15-20 minutes each time. I just tried calling UHAUL and was on hold again. I would have been calling and emailing sooner; however, we have had major wildfires and it took out my cell and internet service. I having driven 3 UHAUL trucks in the past year and non have ever been this bad. I have moved 3 times in the past 2 years and this has been one of my worst experiences moving.

The store was dirty and had a really strong odor that was migraine inducing! The service was fine, and the U-Haul was exactly as expected. However, I would probably go back to the location on Walnut instead because the smell of the store was that bad!!

The owner came out and pointed to the back of the building when I arrived in the lot. I drove around back, he took the trailer off my truck and threw the trailer against the back wall of the building. I asked if I needed to sign anything and he replied with a simple "No" and went back inside. That was the end of the experience.
