They r not ready for the sistem or they dont know how it works .. i was there waiting for 45 min just for returning

Jacqueline GThe truck was not swept out. I did not like U-Haul sending me on a round trip of 52 miles to pick up and drop off this truck when a town I drove through had a truck on site and was only 22 miles round trip. Juana of Ritestop did a great job getting the paperwork together although there was some sort of problem, which she solved, that took a long time.
