Newer keys with the remote are harder to fit into the drop box. I had a hard time squeezing it into the slot other than that everything was smooth and efficient! I love that this location offers the cargo vans now. So convenient.

Charles K.Tell customer that the ten foot trucks have no ramp. The whole reason I needed a truck was to move washer and dryer up the ramp and then I get there and find out there js no ramp and the trucks with ramps were all rented. So it was a waste of money.
