You could have picked up the dirty trailers yourself instead of wasting my whole day fixing your problems and then charging me in addition to making me take dirty trailer clear across town again,

The location makes Uhaul look bad. It was really unclean, with decades of filth built up on and the wiring looked unsafe. The neighborhood didn't seem safe either and the parking lot was not paved, the staff didn't help load our dollys into the truck for us, the truck itself smelled like marijuana smoke. When we arrived a staff member of this location asked me to help them load a trailer on another customers truck. The staff member laughed about it telling me that he'd never done it before. I couldn't believe he thought it was funny he was learning how to do the work while potentially risking the customers property. The owners of this location must not care about their business. They do not even clean their convenience store, they do not provide training to their staff on how to service Uhaul customers, the staff had me help load a trailer onto another customers truck and they rented me a smelly vehicle. They should not be renting vehicles to people.

The Customer Service Rep. was friendly, helpful, patient , with a great sense of humor. This senior lady, is appreciative, especially in light of these divisive days. Unfortunately, I didn't get the young man's name or I would post it. Not fancy or upscale. Down home & warm. Thanks!

The customer service agents on the phone were very friendly, but I guess they booked me with a trailer that was unavailable. They called to tell me that they had to change the location and time of my pickup. Unfortunately I missed the call, and didn't hear the voicemail until after the chaos of trying to find out our pick up location. We drove around for over two hours trying to find the place. The location ended up being this hole in the wall liquor store, it didn't have any sign out front stating they were a uhaul location. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least. Hopefully we'll never need to rent from them again. We ended up being 20 minutes late to return the trailer, but they didn't raise an issue when I explained how difficult a time we had finding them from the beginning, which set us back 2 hours from the start.

The location failed to report that the truck ran poorly. The day that I got there I had no option but to take the truck since it was a busy weekend. The A/C did not work (it was a 100+ weekend), the truck stalled a few times at idle when driving, and I was only given 11/12 blankets for the move, the location did not have a utility dolly that I've reserved. The person who rented the truck was filling up the coolant fluid and was asking me if there is enough in the reservoir. I had to return the truck in Roseville and was unable to put gas in, because I was afraid it would not start again.

Trailer was in an area with a lot of weeds. Guy wasn't there had to be called to come because he didn't see any orders for that morning. Did not provide a printed receipt or rental agreement. Guy was not there when i returned the equipment had to unhook by myself in 100+ degree temperature. Very unprofessional and i would not us this location or recommend this location to anyone else.

I picked the 65th street location, and was rerouted to Elder Creek. The neighborhood was not comfortable for us, and when we arrived at 9:10, the market was closed. The owner showed up soon after, but we waited another 10 minutes for the U-Haul person. We were asked to evaluate and pull up the truck, and it was clean, but barely started. ( The agent admitted the truck hadn't been started in over 2 weeks. This was not remedied by the 1 hour drive.) The tank was nearly empty. (I thought he said 1/4 down, but it was <1/4 left) I had planned to rent blankets, but the site did not display anything for rent at the last minute. I was nearly late for the movers I had arranged. When we got on the freeway, we got the almost empty alert. (We had driven 20 miles max.) We gassed the vehicle, and prayed it would start. This site failed on almost every metric.
