Every Uhaul place I've ever used has been lenient with their return times. I always rent late in the evening right before they close and return late in the evening (right before they close, or right after) and I've always been told as long as I returned the trailer back before the next morning I wouldn't be charged for a full day. I did this same thing and was charged a full day plus a 20 dollar fee because I didn't check in online (which I was not informed I needed to do). There is spirit of the law and letter of the law. These guys are going to use letter of the law to nickel and dime you. I ended up spending 160 dollar to use a trailer for a 51 hours. Should have been the thirty dollars a day, plus the insurance and tax for a total of about 100 dollars. Don't waste your time, use another location and/or another company. And don't expect the district manager to help in any way. All he did was cite the contract (which I never signed). When I explained how every other Uhaul operates he informed he would be calling and getting those other Uhaul locations in trouble for not following the letter of the law. Which, somehow, he thought would make me happy. That's the opposite of what I want. And he also informed me there was no way he could refund any money (which we all know he can). Again, just go somewhere else. I definitely will never us this place again.Ross L.
Everything online was smooth, however, when I went to retrieve the key, the employee couldn't locate my reservation for some reason/couldn't find the key to the truck. It was a small 15 minute delay, but I was helpless as I didn't have any more to show other than my phone which said â€œretrieve your key from an employeeâ€. Otherwise, my move went smoothly. The windows and mirrors were very dirty. The guy that checked me in was nice but didn't check me out immediately due to the computer being used by someone else. I gave him the keys, he said he would check it in for me for free. They charged me $20 for after hours service fee. I had to call the 800 number because the app was still showing the rental active. She was great on the phone. The location that I picked up from was not good and I feel cheated out of the â€œafter hoursâ€ service charges. I had the truck at the location approximately at 3pm. I will never get a truck from that location again. I would call and make trouble over the additional charges but the wait time for speaking to the reps would not be worth the value of my time.BRANDON W.
They did not outline anything on the contract or print it out or even let me know how to check it in if returned after hours. When they emailed the contract over, they used a format that could not be opened up so you could read anything on the contract. Plus, they charged me for checking it in after hours and never even told me that they would do that. I will never go there again.Dyllan S.
The folks were very helpful in taking the trailer off. However, they did not do the paperwork while I was there. I have received 2 e-mails from U-Haul asking me to sign what looks like an extension of the trip. My improvement suggestion is to have everything completed at the time of the drop off while the customer is still present.MARVIN S.
No one was present either Friday July 17 or Saturday July 18. We finally just left the trailer there. We initially were contacted about not returning the trailer! Dirty and unkempt location that I would not recommend to anyone.Michael R.
No one was there at my appointed pick up time. Presumably this wouldn't have been a problem, but I couldn't get the APP to work and the extra equipment I ordered was not available. Thank goodness, he came back after about 10 minutes and was very helpful, got me checked in, gave me the keys and issued a refund for the extra items.Ashley J.

There was virtually no signage to indicate that the location was affiliated with U-Haul. Once at the location we had to wander around to the side of the building and into his truck-wash bay and call out to find the attendant.Tracy H.
Location was convenient. Service was excellent! Just kind of a beaten down car wash location that was a bit dirty... didn't even know it was open. Looked abandoned from the street. Again, regardless of appearance, service and equipment was great!Dean D.

My reservation was changed to this location by Uhaul for President's Day pickup which was fine, but when I arrived by 10:00am for my 10:00 scheduled pickup, there was no one there. I called Uhaul and was told they should be open. Thankfully the dealer arrived by 10:30 and saw me waiting there. He was closed for the holiday and was not aware that he had a reservation for that day. He was very accommodating however and helped me get the truck I had reserved. Since it was a holiday, I think the reservation manager should have confirmed with this dealer that he was going to be open that day before changing my reservation to that location.Joel J.

I reserved a car dolly a day in advanced for the next day. When I arrived the guy did not know how to work his system and had me give all my information again. We were at the store for 1 hour and 30 minutes just long enough to hit rush hour traffic when we reserved the trailer beforehand to avoid rush hour. Once dropped off it was after hours but dropped off trailer at 8:00 pm way before my return time of 10:15pm once home at 9:30 I get a text from Uhaul saying I need to go back and take all these pictures and send my location when I was never notified of this before I dropped the trailer off. This experience was the more ridiculous waste of time I've ever gone through. Could be location could be employee but I would not recommend this experience to any onenick C.
