Ashley VFirst trailer was broken and in the system as broken and they still tried to give it to us and then found out after the lights didn’t work that it was actually not to be used. Gave us the only other car dolly they had and the ratchet strap on the right side of the vehicle was cut and majority of the tail length was cut off and it was frayed so it was unusable. The people working at this corner store that are running this Uhaul service had no idea what they were doing. They had no idea how to test the lights with their tool and we had to explain it to her that it wouldn’t light up unless we were using the blinkers and brakes. They tried telling us it was our truck that was the issue even though we had rented one in New Braunfels 2 days before with no issues. This trailer was damaged on the frame in multiple areas and was all around a sketchy situation that I will not experience again.
