The lot to this location was gated and locked. There was no key Dropbox that I could find. I had to leave the truck in the Auto one parking lot next door to this location, and lock the key in the cargo area of the truck.

The miles meter was inaccurate. I only drove 21 miles but it recorded 34. Way to pricy. Only drove 1 mile down the road it claimed 3. Won't be returning.

The 24/7 system “do it yourself” doesn’t work. It has too much opportunity to get improved and better. It took me 40 mins to get it and l, to return it, it took me about 30 mins and a call to customer service which a representative taht didn’t wanna help me taht much at all, finally she did. You guys need to improve this service, isn’t not good at all. At the end I paid for certain time and you were taken from my rental time due to the lack of efficiency of your system to rent it. Additionally, you need to inform the people that has the key how system works, cause the guy had no idea about it. Not even showing the little message that you get from the app. Honestly, the worse experience too much to deal with. Is not worth it.

Have a key drop off slot. The man was kind, and I had no other issues.

Easy in and out. Since this is a smaller location, there is less time waiting at check in and check out. Staff were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this Uhaul location to all.

Most paperwork done prior to pick up. I asked where I should drop off truck and was told I could find it myself. Was given the key and told which truck it was,, No further instructions given.. Entire visit took less than 15 minutes. Did not realize that truck could be returned with 3.4 gas fill up , so I had to put 13.54 gallon to fill up. When returned to destination, it was filled again with 29.5548 gal of gas at $81.54 as I did not know I should have filled it only 3.4 full., .

I was charged for 20 moles of use when I only used the truck for 11 miles. I will not use U-Haul again. Very bad first experience!

It’s a Note Car Lot. Which means they are ALREADY CROOKS! No one there had a clue about how to take in a Uhaul truck. Now, Uhaul has OVERCHARGED me again. I would not recommend even riding by this place, much less having to interact with them. Uhaul has locations that are pretty shady, but MOST do take the Uhaul thing seriously. NOT THIS ONE!!!

We made a reservation for a 20” truck and tow hitch for our car when we arrived to pick it up they didn’t have a 20” truck or a tow hitch. They only had the 26” truck and made us pay an extra $50 when it wasn’t even our fault.

Customer service he literally yelled at me because the contract changed to few hours instead of 2 days when i asked him to reprint to the correct estimate. I don’t want to sign a legal binding contract if it’s wrong he refused. When he finally did he missed placed the keys blamed it on me started hitting his desk in anger. then found them hooked up with the rest of the keys. Someone missed labeled them i guess. By far worst experience ever!!

Tight area for getting into. Personnel should advise customers just to pull in and they'll park the truck. I'm a commercial driver and had no difficulty parking the truck but novices would definitely have difficulty. Perhaps they recognized my ability and let me park it?

I will use you again
