Offer chains to people living in the mountains or have vehicles with all wheel drive. It cost me 450.00 to get towed out of the snow &ice.

I dropped off the vehicle a few hours before this location opened. When I received the receipt via e-mail, the indicated fuel on the receipt was MUCH lower (by ~1/4 tank) than what I knew it should be, as I had just refueled the vehicle before returning it. The discrepancy added over $40 in fuel surcharges to my final receipt. This forced me to interrupt my moving tasks to return to this location to examine the fuel gauge where I confirmed with the staff member present that the gauge was about 1/4 tank higher than indicated on the receipt, as I thought it should be. That said, the staff member present was very helpful in correcting the issue once found (which boosts my rating). The discrepancy seems a little large for a simple error, but I think it is premature to draw any conclusions from a single occurrence. I would suggest reviewing the metrics for this location to see if there is a pattern of fuel surcharges/complaints.
