There was no gas cap for the truck and customer service told me to buy it on my own and will get reimbursed. What a waste of time. Is it the customers responsibility to make sure the equipment I am paying for is complete? My rental time was extended, but I still had to pay for the mileage anyway, so it would still cost me more than my original payment. Called roadside assistance and was on hold for 20 minutes then I just couldn't wait any longer. I was told I would be given $50 off for the inconvenience but when the invoice/ receipt came in I didn't get the tiny $50 inconvenience off from my rental. Overall I had a lot of back and forth argument over the phone for 2 hours and how it's my fault I didn't check their equipment was complete and ready to be used. I will never use UHAUL again. I would never recommend uhaul to anyone who needs to rent a truck. Poor customer service and poor quality of product.Milan B.

I only had the truck for three hours. When I went to return the truck a sign was posted that they had an emergency and closed before noon instead of 4:00 pm. I dropped the keys in the return slot and today I was charged a $20.00 late fee. I called the store 4 times with the phone number on my invoice and their mail message was full. The Open sign was on and blinking. However, the door was locked. We stood out front while on the phone with a separate U-Haul representative. After about 10 minutes or so, the on-site U-Haul representative walked into visible view and unlocked the door for us and other customers to enter. The representative was not helpful - even after I stated I had a reservation. It was not until I showed the confirmation e-mail, the representative began to assist us.Mauro B.

Uhaul did not have my accessories I ordered with the truck. The place was closed, had no way to get them. The door to the driver side lock was broken or jammed so I had to hold it shut the entire time I drove it. I could have sworn it was $1.59 a mile not $1.89 that is a ridiculous mileage charge.Attic F.
