Kerry H.The tow dolly that was rented to me had one tie down that was cut and couldn't even reach the rachet. I had to go and buy a tie down to make it work. The other tie down rachet came unlocked during my 20 miles drive and when I got to my location it had totally come off the top of the tire. When I told the guy he said he would discount my rental. He only discounted $10 on a $50 rental. The equipment should have never been rented to me. I shouldn't have used it, but I was stuck and didn't want to drive 40 minutes back to get another car dolly. I would bet that it will still be rented to the next person without being fixed as well.
