jim R.We rented a trailer at a location close to Flagstaff and 2 days later they no longer had the size we reserved, so they reserved the bigger trailer for no extra cost...the night before we were to pick up the trailer, we received a call stating that they didn't have ANY trailers for us...But they were able to find 1 large trailer for us 2 hrs away in Chambers...we ended up driving for 4 hrs round trip just to pick it up...VERY inconvenient...Other than that hiccup, everything was great...All of the reps for Uhaul were wonderful.
Kimberly T.Looks are deceiving. This is a auto mechanic repair shop in a small location. But when you meet the owner, he is a nice young man who did a great job with service. We were an late notice reservation but he didn't bat an eye. Would recommend his location.
