Make sure your dealer locations have the same equipment, tow hitches, tow balls etc so that purchases can be made. These locations should have the same equipment that is readily available at U-Haul locations.

ramon bThey provided me with a false gas odometer on the contract that does not reflect what was on the actual van. According to them it was at 7/8 of gas but when I drove away with the van it was on Empty. The van I rented had 6267 miles and when I returned it back the next day it was at 6276 miles, I only used 9 miles. I had to purchase gas right away from pick up morning. I'm being overcharged $197.79.
