the seats in the Dodge Ram van are very uncomfortable for long drives (200 miles) - will try the Transit next time. Great service at this location!

Colleagues at store were prompt and efficient - and friendly. Truck needed some care - sunshade on driver's side was broken at the latch, and passenger door only opened from the inside. Truck itself was clean, so were moving blankets, appliance dolly was great, and checking back in took about 2 minutes. Good team!

Reserved a trailer a week in advance near my home. Day before pickup I get an email saying it's now 15 miles away. At 9:00 PM I get a text saying it's even further away now and only accessible by rural roads. Unacceptable. Out of desperation I had to rent a smaller open trailer, leave things behind, and worry about items being stolen. Needless to say that I am not happy.

They gave me a van that was dirty outside and had an oily substance on the floor when I opened the back door. I told them when I got back. The response .." ok cool". Otherwise good .service.

Only one of three charging outlets worked, and both side mirrors were so loose the wind kept blowing them so they faced straight to the rear with no view of Highway or traffic possible. Dangerous. Needed passenger to physically look out side window to check for traffic. Otherwise clean and drove geat.

Very nice and helpful staff, both with pick up and return.

Dont ignore the customer when he has a question and dont charge an extra day because you are too lazy to check the truck in when customers bring it in to return.

Flordeliz was the lady who helped us, and we are at a loss to express how kind, helpful and friendly she was. She went out of her way to understand what we wanted (in terms of possible storage) and she gave us a lot of personal attention. Very grateful to her and when we need a moving vehicle to rent in the future we will be back.

Reserved a 26ft truck. Wasn't told until 1 or 2 days before the move that they didn't have that truck at my pickup location. Was told I had to pickup the truck at an alternate location which screwed up the logistics of my move. Had to utililize a smaller truck!

I was overcharged for gas. (I took before and after pictures of the gauge.) The original contract was wrong so I brought it back to the clerk with the picture. She made a new gas level mark on the contract and initialed it, but they failed to take that into account after I checked the truck in. I called to clarify this but so far, no one has called me back.

When I arrived to drop off the vehicle, John was right there to help me. He was extremely friendly, was able to get me or if there quickly, but still made small talk. He also explained the billing to me so that I would not be surprised that it was $5 more due to extra miles. Everyone else here seemed to be in a good mood as well. John was the last person I saw at this location and made a very good impression. I will definitely be back.

Jim was an excellent customer service representative and easy to work with.

1funny thing, we followed my father in law, who drove the uhaul, in our car, and when we left our house in Santa Rosa, we both reset our mileage. When we got to Idaho, we compared them, and the uhaul had 48 more miles on it. Not a big deal til you realise they charge .99/mile. Round trip, that's $100.... That's if something shady was going on... But we'll never know.

You charged us for equipment you didn't provide us. Then charged us double for an extra day when in fact we returned the truck the previous day 2 hours before it was due.

One tire was low PSI (14), but in their defense, they were very busy that morning. I had no trouble filling the tire, and it held pressure once filled.
