I needed the trailer to pick up a couch and chair in Sudbury, Ontario. We were meeting at noon with the furniture store (from North Bay, Ontario). I picked the trailer up at 6:30 a.m. and returned it to the same location at 8:30 p.m. the same day. I had to pay rental for two days. The Sudbury location I checked, offered the trailer for 2 days for $29.99. It cost me $85.00 with the 2 day rental, insurance and taxes.

Inside of cab was dirty with coffee stains etc. Just thought it could have been a little cleaner

This location was wonderfully supportive and helpful setting up an emergency replacement trailer for us. Great crew of staff.

Location was very convenient to drop off the truck. I arrived early, before they opened and left the key in the drop box. I did not go inside or talk to any staff.

We can't say enough good things about this location. All the staff members are experienced, professional, friendly, efficient and helpful!

Donna was Excellent to deal with helping me getting a truck on the long weekend

Drop off location was excellent. Big issue with Uhaul central customer service where we were told to drop off trailer at a location that was no longer in business. How does this happen?

Joanna C. on

The trailer was dangerous with swaying....staff listened

ANNA R. on

The truck had a bad smell, coffee spilled all over in the front and tim hortons cups. The back was no cleaned out as previously stated by the store. Had to pay over milage eventhough the agent knew the address where we moved to anf from and she put in the milage.

I have spoken to Uhaul twice now spending my own time to inform of this problem where I am receiving emails including personal address and phone numbers information for someone who is not me. I intend to go public with this information because I've already given you the opportunity to fix the problem but you continue to send me invoices that are not for me which means you're sharing personal private information like the clients name address and phone numbers. As a client myself I am not impressed.

Nothing! Fantastic customer service,

They vehicle was very clean and kept but it needs to be put out of its misery (old).

Shared space with propane business. Not exactly inviting but served the purpose.

Calling for help via web site/smart phone is not an option for most of northern Ontario...make sure the 1800# is displayed prominently

The staff were blase and almost indifferent when my reservation for a moving cart was not available despite the reservation guarantee. I was sent to another outlet to get the cart. The 2nd line Home Hardware staff were friendlier and more helpful.

Representive went out of his way when I arrived to drop off. Assisted in where trailer was to be dropped off and guided into place. Even assisted in the unhooking of the trailer and showed a genuine concern for my dissatisfaction with my earlier experience. Shared the relevant emergency information for a future rental as well as went over the features off the rental unit.

The truck itself had no washer fluid, the power port for phone plug in was not working and the power steering fluid was low, looked like a slight leak. Found the cost a little pricy but the one way trip was worth it.

Pay attention to customer doing everything else but serving customer. Took longer than needed

There was no assistance to unhook the trailer.

Steering was spongy.

Truck was perfect for our needs, price was right, service was great. One complaint-- policy of having gas tank only half full & when we rec'd the truck we had to point out that the gas tank was slightly less than half. On our return it was difficult to get the dial to half. Would be interesting to know why half when easier full to full.
