Being told our uhaul was in a different location, thirty minutes away from the one we had set to pick up, a DAY before was wildly annoying. We were already driving over three hours to get it in the first place. The fact that it wasn’t planned out ahead of time, or that the previous location had no idea they wouldn’t have one on that day seemed baffling to me. The gentleman at Sharron Springs however was incredibly kind.
