The entire experience was really great and professionalism was exemplified by the staff, Mike, Kenneth, and Kate! The only thing that I would like improved is a more accurate communication of what my actual cost was going to be. I had three different prices , even my final cost of the rental. Very confusing. I'm not complaining about the price because it was much lower than expected. Thanks for a great experience.

Mike does a great job!

The guy who checked us out seriously seemed air headed. He sold us a lock that would work on the hitch, took it out and it didn't work, so a refund had to be issued. He "threw in a dolly for free" and when we drove back to Benson, the dolly wasn't in there. When he hooked up the lights, he didn't hook it in all the way, so the lights didn't work. Had to stop and fix that so we didn't get in a wreck.

Windshield crack not noted by representative, probably due to last minute switch of vehicles.

There was one really nice gentleman at the counter, a younger black man, who was doing everything from front desk to hiking up trailers, super nice, kudos to him, the older gentleman there were not very friendly and didn't seem very knowledgeable. Not greeted at all and could be better. Location seemed understaffed.

Eequipment was in bad condition. We had a tire disintegrate while we were driving could have caused serious injury.

Provide a rental truck that is in good working condition and be more helpful when problems occur and quit passing the buck in compensating the renter for the danger and inconvenience of poorly working equipment.

Lower next day rentals. On monday i could have gotten same trip for $100, i got busy, had to do logistics and ended up paying $300....there were many trucks at the center. Same when i returned in Las Cruces. Oh, hire more employees, both places the wait time was quite long.

The trailer we were given leaked water at the rear around the door and through two holes in the rear, one on each side. There also was a leak along the front floor seam of said trailer. Several of my wife's book collection got wet. We are NOT happy with this problem. We will be making another trip to Albany, Oregon in the near future and hope you can offer us some kind of deal because of our possible loss.

My rental (auto transporter) had a brake lockup on one of the wheels. It looked like a brake cylinder issue. Perhaps there is no way to prevent this but luckily it happened after I had unloaded and was on my way back to the U Haul store for turn in.
