I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up. No one was there. There was a paper taped to the window giving a number to call, I called. No answer and I got the "voice mail not set up" recording. I went online & canceled the order to try other places. No luck. Came back an hour later & someone was there. I sat in my car and placed a new order online. Came inside, got everything done & then they couldn't find the key to unchain the utility dollys. They eventually used bolt cutters and freed one and I was off.
