We called and complained after pick up. Told us to.take one with flat tire, finally got a different one. Lady working had no idea how to hook up so my disabled husband had to do. Then we found out she charged us for insurance after we told her no several times

Pick up location was change three times , before up. Only to arrive the morning of pick up, with no one available at this pick up. I wait and wait for them to open so I can get going. Finally call the phone # . Was told key was left in truck sit, to go a head and take the truck. We had movers ready to load, on a schedule. Then when finally loaded we realized there is no left wiper on the drive side. We call and was told it would be 2-3 hours before someone could repair. So we decided to replace the wiper our self since on a schedule.
Sharon C.U-Haul trailers need to be on concrete lot. The trailer was in the mud and made it messy and difficult to hook up. Also had tracked mud into our vehicle.
