The location is aware of some issues with the app working well there and working to fix it. It's a remote location and internet service may also be spotty. There was a hiccup with my reservation and I had to return four hours after the booking time to get my truck. However, the location's representative was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. If they can sort out the app issues, that'd be great.

Very easy dtopoff
Terry K.This was a rescehedule location to get the truck I needed. The location is more of an appointment only for pick up, but no complaints. The person who was there was really nice and very efficient.
John G.I booked a rental for a specific location, yet had to drive an extra 30 minutes each way to pick up the trailer in a location out of the way as the initial location did not have a trailer ready for me.
Yohannes P.I made a note about the quick release hitch and its danger when i picked up the trailer as it did not look secure. The trailer came off the hitch on the highway at 80km/h when i was driving the trailer back. This is extremely dangerous and I could have seriously hurt myself. Please consider using the traditional hitch systems instead of these new quick ones.
