Friendly great service and professional staff
PATRICIA FU-hauls “SafeTow” insurance was added to my reservation without my consent. I made the reservation online, and refused the insurance, when I picked up at this location I was simply asked for my credit card and was told I’d receive a text message with the rental agreement information. Later when I looked at the text message link, I noticed an additional $40 added to my rental. When I contacted customer service, they said someone would call me back, but they have not. I know selling add-ons like insurance is incentivized and is an additional revenue stream. I feel like the rental location took advantage of the situation to pad their profit.

Jacqueline DI was told this return location is too close to the border and Lyft/Uber would not pick me up to take me home after taking back the truck, so inconvenient. However, the representative was very kind and assisted completely while returning the truck.
