Weston J.Glen is pleasant but does not know how to use either his iPhone or his iPad to do the required paperwork. On an earlier rental, he told me I could just take the trailer when he was unable to print the contract after 45 minutes. On this rental, he had to phone Logan, his boss, on the phone to complete the transaction - 30 minutes even after online check-in. I won't rent from this location again.
