This was the worst rental experience I've ever had. The on-site U-Haul representative at 92 Arrow Rd was absolutely useless. It took over 2 hours to get the keys to the rental truck that day. The next day Uhaul called to inform me that the rental wasn't returned even though I handed the keys back to the useless representative at 92 Arrow Rd. Afterward, I reached out to Uhaul to share my experience and the representative had major attitude. This will be the last time I ever use Uhaul for my rental needs. Do yourself a favor and save time by renting elsewhere!
