A very small location in an older storage unit, but the staff that helped was extremely knowledgeable and had very clear communication. When my return plans went off schedule, they explained everything I needed to do to drop off after hours. It was a pleasant experience during a most stressful time.

Grace N.App had an issue and wouldn't let me take a picture of the odometer. I wasn't sure what to do so tried to call support but couldn't get through, so just proceeded with the move. It worked out ok but I wasn't very confident it would. The pickup location was difficult to get out of as you have to back up quite a ways to get out. Not ideal.
