They were very efficient and very friendly.

There was a used cigarette and ash in the door handle so the cab smelled a bit. Also the rapid check in app wasn’t supported by the staff at this location. But our Uhaul agent was extremely helpful and accommodating!

Need better signage for drive by traffic. Hard to locate, being 3 business are being run out of the same room

These guys are the best especially Donna who goes above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations She cleaned the truck floor in a minute just so we could get the perfect experience also she gave me an extra 2 hours of moving time just because I was stuck in traffic, I needed a tall box to move a vacuum and was thinking of getting a wardrobe box but she got me the perfect lamp box which I didn't even know existed. These guys are pros not just for what they know and do but what they make happen for you. They work around your needs to your heart full content. Best UHaul experience ever by far.

Rude, disgusting. We're 73 years old with back surgery and heart attavk. We're told to drop it that they would charge $40. To unhook. We had tro dogs in our van and a sick wife on the road four days. Had to crawl under to unhook. Wrenched my back which was already bad. This was highly unusual as dealers have always been helpful. First plaza was rude when I complained and said it's not thrift responsibility. They font make any money from u haul. We would like some response from haul.

There was a padlock on the loading door, made my move late by about an hour and a half. The staff worked to get it removed and were friendly.

I was informed at drop-off, the truck was $14 short in fuel, but would not be charged. I informed the person I had taken a picture of the odometer / fuel gauge when I picked the truck up and had in fact put several additional gallons of fuel in the truck than when I took possession of it. I did not appreciate being told that he was "doing me a favor" and not charging me - I owed nothing additional for the fuel nor ha used my allotted mileage.

Inside of truck had to be swept out. Felt cheated. Asked for smaller $19.99 size truck and told I couldn't rent ahead of time. Had to wait till day before. Was never told I could place a reservation for the truck on-line. I went into the office to rent the truck which was still on the lot, but was told that just minutes before I came in, someone had rented it on-line. Very disappointing.

The guy who handles the rentals is great. Very friendly and helpful. I don't see anything that needs improvement at this time.

Great customer service!!!

They need to train their help how to rent a trailer. I spent 1 hour at this office and the lady had no clue how to use the computer. Finally she called customer service for help and Bill at UHaul tried to charge me double. I will never use this location again.

Keep up with with the same level of service -- no improvement needed. Thanks.

Nothing everything was great

Besides the trailer we rented we also paid $10.00 to rent your appliance hand truck. However, the strap was "not" long enough to go around the refrigerator. I have a hand truck but paid to rent yours for additional safety. We should be refunded the $10.00. Ed

Very nice personnel. Just the truck we needed. Took the full insurance package for $10. Windshield could have been cleaned inside and out. Otherwise plan to go back again. CR
