They charged me an extra day for no reason. The woman at the pick-up location told us we had until Monday to return the Uhaul. When we returned it, we were charged for an extra day. Uhaul customer service put us on hold for 20 min, then it hung up. Please process my refund.

picked up after hours your 24/7 pick up is not worth a dam. had to call your 800 number an sat on hold for 30 min. to only get told she had to transfer me, to get transferred again took over a hour in a half to pick up the truck when i first reservied the truck on line i was supposed to pick it up in Moultrie to get a phone call 2-3 hrs later that i had to drive a hr to go pick it up your service sucks the trucks low oil light was on the service engine light was on

Nothing wrong with Crown Motors. The U-Haul main website was unusable at night. I know the stores have normal daytime hours, but the website should be up and usable 24/7.

agent did not assist in loading process and when I went back in to make him aware of issues with safety chains, I was told I would have to wait because he was helping another customer. The chains appeared to have been drug on the road during towing and wanted to make him aware.

The truck was blocked in I barely got it out. Also the truck was very dirty then when I returned it I stated that on return and the auto rental tried to charge me a 25.00 cleaning fee . I had to put gas in it right away and I found a dirty sock under the hood looked like spilt baby formula all over dash and cup holders some other sticky stuff in cup holders in the box of truck was just as bad

Manager asked if I needed help getting trailer hooked up to my car but did not assist me. He should have just come outside to ensure I was hooking it up properly and that the lights were working properly.

This wasn’t the issue at this pick up or this trailer. This was the second time I had to get a way to haul the rest of my things because the first time a few weeks ago was the worse I have ever had. I didn’t want to rent again but I did.
