I didn't get the equipment I paid for and when I requested a credit my card was ran for a 2nd time instead of the credit. No one called me to make me aware instead, I found the surprise on my Transactions history. I will never rent here again.

When we picked up the truck, the owner was very unprepared. The truck was damaged, but he did not mention it. The gas tank was supposed to have a quarter tank of gas, but we barely made it to a gas station one block away. Someone left a dirty pair of jeans in the front of the truck. They were supposed to have a dolly that we could use, but they didn't. It was a horrible experience.

The signage was poor and I god not know where to park the truck. The building was not in good repair. The staff were very nice and helpful, however.

I did not get a printed contract because the printer at the place was down. There was not as much gas in the truck as the person who rented it to me said there was. I drove the truck for 20 miles and put four gallons of gas into it and was still charged for 8 gallons of gas.

My original reservation didn't work out because the keys were locked inside the truck and it was double booked. (this was at a different location). The owner of the store was very helpful as he called UHAUL to try and make arrangements for another truck. Fortunately I was able to get transferred to another location where a smaller truck was available. Although I appreciate the customer service, this setback put me behind schedule by an hour. I'm glad my schedule was fairly flexible, but other customers might not be in the same scenario. Since I was transferred to a smaller truck I had to make multiple trips to move all of my belongings. Again, since I was moving in the same town I was able to be a little more flexible, but I can't imagine what a nightmare this would have been if I was moving out of state or to another town. UHAUL assured me that I would receive a $50 credit, but I still had to pay $50.32 for my UHAUL rental and mileage. My issue with this is that my milage would have been lower if I didn't have to make multiple trips due to the fact that I was given a smaller truck. I am very grateful that I was able to get a truck and move my things. This review is in no way a negative reflection on the store where I picked up the truck. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Worked had only been there 3 days and did not know how to work software. After 45 minutes of it I went and found owner washing his car to come help. Software said they had our pads but they couldn't find them in thier dirty mess. Had to go to another rental agency to get them

Didn't have all the equipment i had reserved, had to call and drive all over town to find 2 furniture dollys that were available, had to go pick up on my own at a different dealer almost 10 miles away then took back to that dealer. No drop box available at the location i reserved the truck from. They wanted to charge me extra miles and another days rental fee. Customer service sai d i will get a full refund after i called and complain. Will give one chance then i will use budget which just happens to be cheaper

There wasn't a sign with the correct name. The truck wasn't on property, so when I passed by the address (w/out the correct name) i didn't a truck to make me think it was the correct address. I Googled the company name and it showed it to be 7 miles away, but that was a previous location. That was the worst part, but the actual process once I found the correct location wasn't the best either. I just can't explain the whole 1.5 hr ordeal here.
