MAKE SURE ALL CONTRACTED ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE AND READY FOR PICK UP. WE WERE SCHEDULED FOR 40 BLANKETS AND NONE WERE AVAILABLE - even after trying at 3 different locations ! We had to go BUY blankets to use. Yet we have NOT received any credit or contact regarding this ! We also did NOT receive we contracted for. PLEASE ISSUIE CREDITS FOR THESE TWO ITEMS. ASAP.

Jawisky Y.Our RV was not able to go down the hill to hook up. We had to have them bring the dolly up to street level, and they hooked it upto our RV BUT could not hook us up to the dolly. They sent us down the street to gas station, a friendly person was able to hook our car up on the dolly. This was our second time using a dolly and we just wanted uhaul to make sure we did it right. We had to travel over 1500 miles home.
