The people that worked at this location were very nice and helpful but the actual location has very little signage of it being a U-Haul pick-up site. The only way that we knew it was the spot is because we saw the vehicle sitting outside the building. The location also looked very shady and not safe. The vehicle itself was cleaned but there were some structural damage to the back of the truck that we documented on the paperwork.daniel W.
I was turned away from this location due to space available. I was directed to another location that was closed and therefore I had no help removing the hitch from the vehicle. It took my persistence to have them call and â€œofficially' changing the drop off location.Starlene B.

When using the internet to reserve a truck and /or moving equipment (such has a dolly or appliance cart), to be picked not during lobby business hours, and for my situations purpose, needing the Truck and equipment Tuesday April 2nd at 7:30am, U-Haul's website should not make equipment available and paid for it it's NOT going to be on the truck when needed. I made the reservation Monday night for Tuesday morning, and I went to pick up truck and equipment that Tuesday morning, and no equipment was present within the truck, and I later learned that U-Haul dealer is closed on Mondays, which meant there was no one there to even load the equipment, yet U-Haul's website let me choose and PAY for the equipment..my suggestion is to not have people pay for something when it's not even available...it caused many problems seeing as the equipment was needed to complete my job and due to not having it like I said for, we were first late to job trying to find someone open to provide the equipment I already PAID for, and then being unable to locate any, the job was harder and took longer and I ended up making much less money...Ethan B.

I rated this location average based on my experience. I requested an 8am pickup which was acknowledged on the reservation emailed to me. The location didn't open until 10am in which I was made of aware of after I called them the day prior to my reservation. This caused a significant delay in me meeting my timeline for use of the trailer. After arriving, I had to wait almost 45min to check out the trailer. Another significant delay.Wendell B.
Trailer would not pass the speed of 50 mph before it would violently sway. Also the associate who helped me put in all the wrong information, and drop off information which was 250 miles from my ending location.richard G.
Two of the lights on the trailer were not working. Also the trailer did not have a crank to lift it off of the ground. It took full size men to lift this considerably heavy tongue off of the ground and get it onto the truck. Also I only needed the trailer from Early Monday to Monday Afternoon but I was charged for several days. NO uhaul locations were open on Sunday that had the trailer so I was charged for the extra day.Joshua K.
