They were very professional and pickup and drop-off went without an issue. If ever in need of anything U-haul, I will definitely use this location again!! Car trailer was in good condition, just need some WD40 on the ratchet straps. Design of trailer and ease of use was remarkable. Totally satisfied...thanks to everyone at JT's Auto Mall!!
