Location wasn't the best kept but in person drop off went smoothly. Personnel followed through on all arrangements and was helpful.

I asked for the $100 deposit back and again- with attitude said "ma'am were closed you'll have to come back tomorrow." I was told I would be getting the $100 deposit when I dropped the vehicle off. The parking was very poorly lit and it looked like a junk yard.
