Location was closed (from Dec 5th thru the 11th). No direct answering service, & no return call to messages left over several days. Location was very cluttered, littered with metal parts & debris/garbage.

JUDEEN R.When renting a truck Uhaul needs to make sure the truck is available without trying to make the customer go to another location. We had a reservation on Saturday Oct 22nd, but we were not able to get the truck as it was unavailable at the location we picked. Uhaul wanted us to backtrack an hour to pickup the truck. Due to this issue we had only one day to move. We ended up going back home which is 2.5 hours away and then drive back the next day. We spoke to a manager and yes I was upset, but he hung up on us twice. That was very unprofessional. This experience was very upsetting as sometimes people have a reason they need to get moved out. We only had last weekend to move and this issue really caused an inconvenience as we had to work until 10 pm which did not have to happen if the truck would have been available on Saturday. This had nothing to do with the location we dropped the truck off. This complaint had everything to do with our experience on Saturday.
