There was multiple issues with the vehicle such as not starting properly, getting the vehicle out of park, and the windshield wipers. I rented the vehicle for two days and only got to use it one day.

Just based on outside as the location was closed when I dropped off and I did not see or speak to anyone.
Kyle D.Scheduling almost useless. I had to drive 40 miles further to get an oversized truck that I wasn't given the directions to pick up the vehicle and nobody was at the location. Had to figure out the code myself. Then was given the information over an hour later.
Joshua H.The truck was there before closing time the day before the official check in time. No one to answer the phone . In leaving the a voice mail the voicemail said the mailbox was not set up. Tried to check in virtually bit internet service is not always available in that area. Did not want to leave keys in the lock box overnight.
