A little disconcerting not to be offered a receipt for drop off, took a picture of the trailer at the location for my documentation.

The owner was amazing. The place is clean and the service is friendly. He made the pickup drop off and unit close out process easy. We will be back in the spring!

Super everything.

I seemed more like a bother than a customer. A little more friendliness and customer service skills are in order.

Maybe offer employees to help more storage items for a fee.

This Uhaul store was great!

Impossible to complete return process with my cell phone. Just left keys in drop box and left.

Staff member who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. I was impressed with how easily I was able to reserve my tow dolly and was able to pick it up at this location right on time. Equipment was in good shape. Staff helped me purchase the right electrical adapter. All in all I give it a 10 out of 10. Will definitely rent here again.

This location was exceptionally busy on the day I came in (college town on move-in day). The lot was extremely tight, but the personnel were very polite even though clearly dealing with lots of folks. I am comfortable driving a trailer so this location was not a problem for me, but space was an issue (mostly being able to pull in from the road into the parking area).

The place was very busy both during pick-up and drop-off. Get additional help to expedite the process.

We were a little confused as to where to park the vehicle when using the truck share app.

Terry H. on

The lot was so crowded that had to drive my car with trailer around the lot looking for a place to drop the trailer. The U Haul guy was not happy that he had to walk to meet me to unhook the trailer.

Difficult to get the truck in and out. Also the truck was not in great shape. On the other hand, the guys working at the desk were great. I told them I was in a hurry and they got me in and out in no time. Really appreciated that!

The vehicle was very old and the interiors were peeling away.

After hours drop-off service worked fine.

There is a hole in the driver's side door. Manager pointed this out to me when I picked up the truck. It's just not good public relations to rent out a truck with a problem like this! Please fix the door for the next customer. It drove just fine, but the hole is fairly obvious.

I have used U-Haul many times in my life. However, after the driving condition of the vehicle I last rented may steer me in a different direction next year. When I would go to break the vehicle would lurch forward and the RPMS would shoot up to 4000 and would continue to stay there unless I let my foot off of the brakes. This made the drive difficult and stressful. The alignment was also off and would shake while driving. I did inform the person who took my key and said "ok". I have had positive experiences before but this was not one of them. Thank you Jennifer Cook

I was charged for 1597 miles. I only drove 1360. I have been charged for 235 Mike's I did not use. I told the guy at the place of pickup that is wasn't 1597 miles to my destination. Now I find out there's no refund for the 235 miles I didn't use. This is a Rip off. Completely dishonest. If I had went over the allowed Miles I would have been charged. You need to be a more honest company at least act like your customers who keep you in business are more important than don't he ethical thing and refunding people the money they deserve for something they didn't use. Too bad there's not much completion for you as, you'd probably be forced to change your shitty policy.

The counter man did.not get off his phone. He did not bother to get up and check the truck. He could have cared less that we showed up.

Excellent staffs. I will definitely use U-Haul when I need.

I didnt receive the dolly I reserved. Instead there were covers. Definitely not helpful.

the truck was clean and ran well, we returned it very clean but were overcharged and charged $20+ extra for gas even though we returned it exactly like we got it. I'm very annoyed

When I went to go move my things into my locker, there was someone inside and he still had items to move out of it. There was clearly a scheduling error. I had a long day of travel ahead and had to wait an hour for someone to move out of the locker I was already paying for. The person moving the items out of the locker also said he legally had the locker for another two days, so it was lucky that he arrived early. This is improper customer service.

The internet was out so no documents were provided to verify what was being charged, but at the end of the day, the receipt that I was sent matched what I had been told, so it worked out. Reserved a cargo van had to take 15 foot truck so it chewed a lot more gas over my 200 mile trip ($110)
