We didn't like that when we brought the truck back They didn't check it in right away. They said they would email us our receipt. The next time I need a pick up truck I'll go to Enterprise where they don't charge mileage and Purdue employees get a discount

Milage is a little expensive.

After multiple times coming in to this location, no one is ever at the front desk. Even when they see me from the back room window, they don't come up. It's absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. I ended up using the (wonderful) self-return app because I couldn't get anyone to help me. Terrible service.

Not a thing

we left the u-haul with much more gas in the tank than was required. we went 9 miles over our free miles. have a way to apply the extra gas to the few miles over instead of charging for the few miles AND keeping the extra gas. we didn't put too much in it the truck. we filled it before going to our destination and didn't use as much as we thought it might.

They have still not checked in my dolly that I rented and left with the truck. They misjudged the gas, I even put it in right across the street right before I dropped it off, now they are saying I was off 1/8th of a tank, really?? Crazy! I picked it up and dropped it off with exactly the amount. But the largest issue is that I rented a 26' truck on the Uhaul App and when I got to the Lafayette Store they didn't have my truck. Say I canceled it, not true! Then had to scramble with customer service to get another truck as I had a house to unload and movers that I hired FROM UHAUL! Why would I cancel a truck and hire movers from the same company? No way! Only was able to get a 15' truck, had to order a second hook up trailer, and drive to another location to get both. This Uhaul experience stunk! The movers were fantastic! No bumps on walls, highly respectful!

Online check in was more of a hassle than regular check in.

Nothing everything was ok!

When I reserved the Cargo Van, once at this location, once at the Lafayette location, the reservation was changed to a pickup. Both times it showed a cargo van online for the Quick Check-in. Don't know how that happens. Both times they had a cargo van, so it was corrected.

The truck's windshield wiper fluid reservoir was empty when I picked it up. The agent there did not properly explain the tow/haul option and the transmission repeatedly shifted at the wrong (too high) speed as a result, especially on long downgrades. Otherwise, the truck was clean and the rental went smoothly.

I had to sweep out the van. It was still dirty from the previous customer. I was able to get in and out quickly. Thank you!

Location was convenient for us, just hard to make left turn out of location. Need more workers as they had quite the line! I was trying to use online check in and check out system and was told it was faster inside at desk and still had to go in and wait in line for getting the not as quick of a rental system as I had hoped. Would use it again though as we like UHaul.

Really nothing. I was highly impressed with the service. The store had everything that I needed for the move.

The truck I received was old and even though I had no problems, I did not feel 100 percent comfortable. I was hesitant to go faster than 40-45 I have rented many trucks from you guys but this is the first that was kind of old or in rough shape. Keep up the good work!

Not much, very good service and equipment.

You are simply awesome!

I had to exchange the trailer I rented for a smaller size the day after I had picked it up. They had no problem switching the trailer for me and even charged me at the lower rate for the first day.

Great experience with staff and equipment. To small of location. Truck were pulling in to drop off equipment and were blocking a major highway. While other trucks were having to hit other trucks to get out

The truck drove very rough. I feel I was rushed through the renting process. Also, inside of the truck it states to call a the uhaul help line of truck becomes stuck or the tires just spin, whether you get the insurance stuff through uhaul or not you are still forced to pay out the butt to have a tow company come pull you out. Also, the contract states that the renter is responsible for any damages towards the truck (if no insurance) whether it’s a mechanical problem or cosmetic problem. With that being said these uhauls shouldn’t have any cosmetic problems or mechanical issues what so ever. With the money that is quoted to fix the issues that people have to pay shouldn’t the trucks have the repairs done to them and looking new every time some one gets it. Or do people just pay the hundreds of dollars to know the uhaul place just puts a sticker on the spot to show where it’s at. If so those are very expensive stickers
