The staff was very friendly. The truck seemed to be in good shape especially for the miles. Had no issues, hassle free.

1) Representative did not "drive-up" the requested vehicle, had to remind him which vehicle we requested even though we were very specific about which vehicle we wanted numerous times. 2) The gas tank was 3/4 full when we picked up the vehicle. Made sure that it was also at 3/4 when returned, but still got charged for extra gas later on. Terrible Experience!

Excellent customer service on pick up and drop off. The one thing that could have been better was the smell inside the cab. It had a cigarette smoke smell.

I have ordered and paid for a 20' truck and auto transport rental. I have picked the truck first and planned to pick up the auto-transport trailer after I finished loading the truck. However when I got back to the place to pick up the trailer the agent told me that the trailer was CANCELED!!!! I did not indicate/made such a call to UHaul, and neither anyone called me from there to check/confirm whether I want to pick up the trailer or not. This is totally unacceptable when I paid for the two items.

I was given this location for the return and they refused it at first because they are under construction but then accepted the trailer as it was designated as the return location on the paperwork. There should be no doubt to accept a rental return.

There was a bag inside the truck labeled that it contained 6 furniture pads. It was empty though, and I was afraid I would be billed for having lost those. I wasn't in the end. Other than that, I was very happy with the truck. I didn't have a reservation, but was in and out the office in a jiffy. Perfect!

I was very pleased with the service. The people who had rented the 8' van in the time slot ahead of me were late getting it back, and - without my having to create a stink - the staff offered a 10' truck at same cost so that I could be on my way. Excellent customer service.

The young man working the desk at checkout was very nice. He was helpful and friendly. The man that was working when the trailer was returned was curt. He was neither friendly nor personable.

The attendent. took several minutes to get to us although he. was standing in the shop doing nothing. When he finally came out he said he didn't know if they had any place to park the trailer (not my problem). Another ten minutes and they just decided to unhook it where i pulled in. Wasted my time at the end of a long day.

Be more friendly. The guy that checked me out just seemed like he was in a pissed off mood. Also, I was told that a city to city rental didn't have a mileage limit. I was charged 5 miles, for driving to the house where I loaded, and to the house where I unloaded the uhaul. Not a lot, but I was misled when making the rental.

The truck was the worst truck I have ever driven. The transmission jerks badly into and out of 2nd gear. The rear door is hard to open. The attendant warned me that I "may need to crank the key longer than normal to get it started"... The front end alignment is terrible. The young guys helping me did the best with the "junk" they were renting. They were as polite and helpful as could be. I will never rent from Uhaul again.

There was a horrific Oder that hit you as soon as you walked through the door. Our truck had a damaged ramp that we had to fix twice, when I told the gentleman about it ,his remark was " I think this is the one we had trouble with before." I was extremely disappointed.

1. We were given the wrong truck, the wrong size and wrong equipment number compared to our signed contract. 2. We were given the wrong amount of pads. 3. The truck leaked water in the Grandma's Attic area and damaged our wood furniture. 4. Truck floor, dash and console cowl area so hot, required AC all the time, even at night. WRONG TRUCK The Manager at the Pickup location could not be troubled to check out the truck with us. We stupidly did not compare/check the mileage or equipment number on the truck with our signed contract before we left the pickup location. We did not realize that we had the wrong truck until after we loaded up and had traveled 15 miles. UHAUL required us to take a pic of the mileage, then assured us that a 20 ft truck has the same gas mileage as a 17 ft truck. We traveled over 2200 miles spending over $600 on gas. Any improvement of mileage could have saved us significant money. When we returned the truck, the asst. asked us, "Are you sure you didn't get into the wrong truck or maybe you grabbed the wrong keys?" GRANDMA'S ATTIC LEAKED We took great care to place the most fragile and most sentimental of our belongings in Grandma's attic. We drove through heavy rain for about 2 hours and 6-8 hours of light medium rain in Wisconsin. 4 days later when we unpacked our wood furniture, 2 pieces which had been on the passenger side of Grandma's closet were wet through the packing blankets and wrapping paper. The interior surface of the truck was dry but you could see the extra caulking and repair on the seams of the corner and side walls of that part of the truck. The return location manager's response to us: " Our trucks are NOT WATERPROOF, just WATER RESISTANT. WE CAN'T GUARANTEE THAT WATER WON"T GET IN. They do their best but they are just boxes." She pointed out the phone number we needed to call to make a claim because "We don't handle that stuff". She made NO note or flag in the computer record so that the truck might be inspected and repaired to prevent this from occurring again. I know this for certain because she NEVER asked (and so we never told her) where in the truck it had leaked. The water damage to one of the wood pieces is so extensive that it will require refinishing. We are certain that the pieces were not wet when placed into the truck because it was a sunny rainless day when we loaded up and we had packed NO liquids in the interior cargo area of the truck. UNCOMFORTABLY HOT DRIVING COMPARTMENT The truck's floor, entire console and "cowl" area became so hot after 2 hours of driving that we had to use the AC even though it was 60-75 degrees outside. Chocolate candybars became liquid in the dash compartment after a couple hours. Tried driving with the windows down to avoid using the AC but that seemed to cause really HOT air to blow out from the floor vents. Tried all kinds of permutations of the temperature and blower system controls to avoid this hot air but could not stop
