Be SURE that you KNOW 100% the approximate cost of your rental BEFORE booking ESPECIALLY that the company charges per MILE vs. per day. I HAD UTTER STICKER SHOCK when I received the total of my rental. My original quote for five days was $101+ change. It ended up costing me an arm and a leg, LITERALLY, $1,534.36!!!!! :-(
Dionna MI reserved a van...the location advised me..they've never had one to rent out EVER... I was given the 10ft box truck...I had no time to waste... They blamed "U-Haul" for the Mistake .. Truck was not clean..I actually returned it cleaner than when I picked it up!!
luis dBe aware, they add to your bill like 3 times more gas than you actually use. Make sure you take a photo!!!
Remberto FMy only issue wad my pick up service time was not good. Because of that I was late to my appointment time because I didn’t get service on my pick up timeline. Besides that everything else went great. The truck clean that’s was a plus in my book.
