Your corporate personnel was the worst ever. They had no solutions to the problem, and told me to either drive the van to the repair place and leave it after telling me that I cannot drive the van. I replied so I stay here in the gas stations parking lot? You: yes. I complained, they said that I should drive the other two vehicles to a motel. I said where would I put all the stuff, since the one on the auto carrier is completely full. They offered a shuttle and I asked will they take two large dogs and three cats. You: no answer. Told me someone will be there in the morning and or have a solution. NO ONE was there in the morning, and Corporate had NO solutions.
