Excellent attention
Edgar XSecure mini storage did a great job, in fact nearly all the truck rental places are great. When corporate gets in the mix it all goes to hell! Why would you wait until the last minute to deny a customer if they have an outstanding bill and then charge so much to right the situation? Also if the storage place wears the uhaul badge it should be connected to Uhaul all together. I ended up paying nearly $1200 dollars to rent a truck for a 222 mile trip. That is outrageous! I DO NOT SEE myself using Uhaul for storage or transport any time soon or ever again.

PRENTICE CYour people are extremely helpful and trucks are really clean and maintained this is the second time I have dealt with this company and there are closer places but the people and the professionalism of their staff keep me coming back and would recommend them to anyone with hesitation
