I rented a box truck. When I got to the location I was told I reserved a cargo van. Then I could not get the vehicles keys. Had to switch to ANOTHER cargo van. I spent half an hour at the location making phone calls, trying to get the keys. Finally got the rental. It was full of dog hair but I Used it. And then, later, I tried to return it for ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR.I had to spend a lot of time on hold waiting for answers. on moving day I wasted a good hour trying to rent and return the truck. The approval process on the mobile app took quite some time, over 7 minutes this time. The app is sometimes misleading, it will show that there are network connectivity issues even though there are not which is confusing. Otherwise it was great as always!Doug P.
This location does not have anyone on site. The building that is at this site is unattended and an absolute disaster inside. They did not have any of the dolly's or blankets that i asked for. The app said to go to the counter to get the key, but there is no counter to go to so i had to do the live chat to get the code for the lock box which took extra time that I did not have. I should receive a notification if a dolly that I requested is not available. I should not find this out after I get there to pick up the truck. I would have gone to a different location. I was not able to use the online 24/7 because I could get service at the location and uhaul site kept saying my location was not turned on even though it was. It was frustrating. The customer service at the location was great even though I was not supposed to be using it.denise W.
