I rendered a dolly to be included with my rental and it was not put in the truck. This caused me undue stress and it took more time to move. Also because I didn’t have the dolly I was unable to move certain larger items. I will not be using this location again

Tammy FIt took days for the truck to be registered as returned, overdrew my bank account. A $19/day quickly turned into almost $100/day. I highly doubt I’ll use these services again.
SACHEM HMoving can be a stressful time but I appreciated the excellent service that helped make my day and move a whole lot easier! The staff member was friendly and helpful, the check-in/drop off process was easy and I believe it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend. Thank you!
Leann COnline/App was not working properly so I had to call the person that works there on his day off to get access to the truck. He was very friendly and helpful even though he was being called on his day off
