David A.This location is squared away. But I can't say that about uhaul as a whole. The reservation prior to this one, that I picked up in Witchita Kansas, they hooked up the wrong uhaul trailer, then they reported it stolen and that could have been a huge nightmare. Regarding this previous reservation, I made a reservation at another location in Willis point but was told I had to go to another location to pick it up. The morning of the day I was scheduled to pick up the uhaul, I was called and told that the location which had my trailer decided not to open and yet had to look for another location. I actually did some calling and found the location who was very professional and helpful. If all uhaul locations had the same work ethic as the one I dealt with, uhaul as a company would be greatly improved.
