The attendant at this location does not understand the process of no contact pickup. I went threw the process on my phone and when told to get the keys was harassed by the attendant who then told me that 1 I didnt have a reservation and 2 that I didnt know what I was doing and refused to hand me the keys. After he checked his computer and saw my name he then handed me the keys and told me to go outside check the truck and then write down the mileage and he would finish up my reservation. I explained to him that was all done threw the phone as I again have a no contact pickup up. After a few minutes of going back and forth I retrieved a paper from him went to check out the truck did my steps threw the phone came back in too show him that my reservation was complete in which he again told me its was not and proceeded to his computer to ask me questions. I told him I didnt have to go threw this process with me and then her told me fine he would call the police and say the truck was stolen. Are you serious? If I was not on a time frame I would have had him do exactly that. This man was so unprofessional. Extremely rude and he didnt even have on a mask. Someone needs to review your policy with him for future reference.SAMANTHA S.

When I arrived at the designated time for pick up, the man was not there, and I was told to come back in a hour or so. This threw off my schedule and added time to a long day. When I did pick it up, the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. The truck had a dent in the driver side, side panel. The truck had a 1/4 tank when I got it, instead of a full tank. However, the location was very convenient, and the location had the truck I wanted (cargo van). The price was reasonable.David D.

I pulled into the station and the attendant made me move the cargo van. He was totally useless and when I asked for a receipt he basically mumbled something and that was it. I was originally told I had more allowed mileage for the trip but still got charged for additional miles. The $300 it cost all said and done was NOT worth it!!!antoinette G.
The facility had no clue. It took an hour to rent a van. I drove a total of 6 miles but charged 88 miles. The odometer reading were incorrect. Cashier was to busy messing around & flirting with customers. He did not inspect the vehicle with me upon departure or return. Contacted customer service spent 1hr on the phone with them to be told a manager will review & contact me within 72 hrs. U-haul seems to be running a scam or a play ground. The truck that I reserved was not available and I was given the next size larger truck - - which is not a problem - - but, some how a charge of $28.00 for â€œSafeMoveâ€ was added to my bill. To be clear, I did not select "SafeMove" when I mae the reservation. I'm currently disputing this charge directly with U-Haul - - not a pleasant "hobby".JOHN V.
It took a while to check in the Exxon station, even after I did online check-in the day before. The guy doing the check-in was very pleasant and agreeable. Then, it took time to go thru the checklist and inspect the vehicle, upload pictures, etc. Suggest that people show up 30 minutes before their requested reservation time so they can drive off with their vehicle at their scheduled time.Charles H.
I was overcharged by 60 miles. When I went back to discuss, I was told I'd receive a credit for the 60 miles overage at $0.69/mile. My debit account shows immediate credits to the account. Nothing yet. The gentleman who helped my told me he goofed and put in the wrong miles. Too bad that was not correct. The ending miles were correct, the beginning miles were wrong.carrie M.
