The guy was a moron. I hooked everything up myself, told him, he said your fine, never looked. Also, incorrect information given. Lastly, uhaul changed my pick up location. Big pain in the ass!

Do not use this location. Staff is cantankerous & unpleasant. They act as if you are intruding on their time when you come to conduct U-Haul business. They never seem to have anyone available for hook-up or unhooking of trailers, so we have had to do our own hook-ups & unhooking - even at the expense of our backs. Sometimes the trailers have been in good shape, but once a trailer smelled bad and once the lights were not functioning properly. (We have had to rent from this location 3 times, and have returned other trailers there 3 different times.) Also, even though the trailers appear to be broom swept, we always find bits of glass, screws, dirt, etc. in the trailers.

Returned U-Haul trucks same day and they didn’t check them in until the following day and I was some how charged for 3 days. Incompetent and zero communication with U-Haul.

Use Davis up the road.

The couple who manage this location were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever worked with and I would welcome the opportunity to work with them anytime.

The owner of the store where we picked up trailer was not very friendly and had a little trouble with inputting data on computer I would use this place again but I would be ready for a wait

Give English speaking people the brochure in English. That was my only problem. Didn’t realize it when she gave me the Spanish version until we were on the road
