It says they were open and no one was there, would have felt more comfortable is someone there to inspect.

The representative re-wrote the contract without my approval and changed the customer name to the additional driver. The representative did not confirm this detail with me. Since this was a business expense, this was very disappointing that they changed the name without approval. This caused a lot of hassle for me as I had to spend time with customer service. This was not able to be fixed. Extremely disappointed.
EVAN HUnderlying scent of armpit and tobacco (clove cigarettes or pipe/cigar?); driver's side mirror loose alignment- had to stop every hundred miles or so to readjust; cab's port charger does not work, element crimped maybe?; frozen DRL -- was unable to operate headlights, therefore no high beams either. These issues combined to add about an additional hours to my ETA of 7p - I arrived approximately 1030p to my daughter's house. I also returned the truck with a little over half a tank, much more than what I left Yanceyville with. If there is any compensation to be reimbursed, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
