Finally one competent and patient representative was willing to help assist me while others were general and basically felt like I was on my own. Therefore it was a miserable experience.

Karen B.The equipment might have been well maintained, I couldn't really tell. I found it to have a lot of hard miles, a lot of rattles, had a skip when idling and not very stable on the road. I would think that a truck with more than 130K miles would have been cycled out of your fleet. This is a truck I would expect to find at the no name truck rental companies. For the price I would have expected something a lot newer with a lot less miles.
