JAMES L.The worst drop-off experience I've ever had. The first choice lied to you. He said his lot was full. There were two trucks. He lied about the City counting trucks on the lot, It's unincorporated. The lot you picked (thanks for nothing) didn't exist. The operator wouldn't call back. At the third drop-off location, some weird clothing store, the owner saw me coming and ran into her store and locked the door and wouldn't answer. How disrespectful. I think next time I'll try Penske or Ryder. Shame on you UHaul; just terrible service…..
