The person who we checked out with, wasted nearly an hour of our time. He did not know how to pull my reservation up by my name. He did not know how to process a transaction, he did not know how to add insurance, he did not know how to swipe my card, he did not know where the keys were, he did not know if there was a deposit or how the money-up-front works. And every single step of the way he had to make an individual phone call in order to move onto the next step. Then he would hang up , try getting me to the next step, and then get stuck and after 5 minutes would have to make another phone call to someone else to get through to the next step again. This was an awful experience for me, I use u-haul once or twice per year and have never dealt with a situation like this. I will never go to this location ever again.
