The old man and lady on the phone was very nice. I only put a low score because it is an old building. But they did open just for me to return it. I do thank them.

Jr. went above and beyond to make this rental work for me and gave me every consideration to make the process simple and seamless. You have a trusted partner in Yuma, Colorado with a wife that is just as customer service oriented. My best, Michael Wisdom

I was lost and confused when I was returning my trailer and the woman who answered the phone talked me all the way into the driveway, then the fellow backed my trailer into its spot. Warm, friendly and helpful folks!

I reserved this U-Haul a month in advance and still had to travel 120 miles because they failed to have a truck available at the location I reserved. If it wasn't for an out of state move and if we were notified sooner, I would have went with another trucking company. I will not use U-Haul again.

Sell out to another moving company. Uhaul was a complete joke, got screwed out of 50 dollars, jrs towing refused to look up paperwork.

well once again experience was not all that good should have been able to drop trailer off in wray but dealers in wray said they were full but we drove right by there drop off coming into town they had to haul trailers and 3or4 transport or dollies so once again we had to go to another town to drop off trailer which turned into a 68 mile round trip sure am glad gas is so damn cheap because we sure wasted alot of it dealing with uhaul. will not recommend uhaul to friends after this experience. your reservation people are great but you should really look into your dealers. the ones in wray have a very bad reputation of not renting to locals for 1 day rentals because its not worth their time to do it and the guy in meeker i wouldnt do business with him ever again.

My scheduled appointment, which I booked online, was for 9:00 AM. However, I couldn't get the trailer until 10:30, despite the fact that U-Haul guarantees pickup times.

I was happy with both locations but VERY UNHAPPY with UHaul as a whole. I spoke with Julie, reportedly a supervisor in the regional office for Colorado, who informed me non-chalantly that no vehicle had been obtained for me locally, and if I had not called, I would have had NO knowledge of this before my moving day. Please call me for more details. I will be hesitant to use Uhaul in the future or refer friends or colleagues or clients to Uhaul because of this negative experience.

I called ahead to this location to drop off and asked the lady that answered the phone if she could check me in. She said yes, when I got there I asked for a reciept to varifiy the mileage and gas. She couldn't do that and I would have to wait for Jack. I called Jack on the phone and he didnt know when he would be back, and said if I didnt like that I could call to Uhaul and "bitch". He did show up at 11:05, said everything was fine, when I asked him for a reciept, he trough a fit and then proceed to tell me I was calling him a lier, I dont know how that is calling him a lier???? He was very reluctant to give me a reciept. I spoke with a person I know who use to run a uhal and she said they are supposed to check it in on the computer and give me a reciept, He also said he is going to call uhal and tell them that I am not welcome to use the uhal location in Yuma, CO. I feel Jack is the worst person to represent you as Uhal!!!!!!! I would also appreciate an email or phone call as to his actions.

Oil was a quart low in truck, power steering was very noisy and w/ only 89000 miles the truck would not pull hills well (engine kept popping and lurching). The ratchet on trailer was in serious need of lubrication and kept coming loose during the entire trip. Dolly was not the correct one reserved.

When I reserved the truck it was confirmed for pick up from a location that was closed that day. I did not find this out untill the confirmation call the day before the pick up. I then had to pick up the truck from a location an hour away. When I called to confirm the day of the pick up (Yuma) the gentleman did not check his system and was surprized I was coming due to the holiday. He was rude and offended I was there on that holiday. He made this well known to me. I was on the other hand given an extra day, 100 more miles and 100 dollars off the contract but, I lost time in packing up the truck. Also, the day the truck was due I called the regional office and requested a couple more days. The day after the truck was due from the original contract drop off date I received an email and text messages saying the truck was late and had the impression the police were notified. I called the regional office again and asked what was going on. I was told to disreguard those and the drop off location was notified and to have the truck back by 12pm on the next day. When it came time to drop off the truck the office attendant was going to charge me for 2 hours over due, when I actually dropped the truck off 40 mins late. The lot was also very tight and hard to manuver in to drop off the truck.
