I rented a trailer from this site and on pick up I asked the guy what size ball I needed he said he didn't know. He pointed me in the direction of the trailer and that was it. I was responsible for hooking it up and trying to figure out how the hitch on the trailer worked. The trailer did not have a stand so I had to try to pick up the trailer(6x12ft) hitch while my wife backed my truck up. The hitch was also frozen to the ground and I had to take a hammer to bust it loose. NEVER WILL GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. When I returned the trailer I had to unhook it myself and they guy never did look at it to check it off.
