My drop off point was Galvans Quick Stop Grocery, 2425 N 12th St, Abilene, TX 79603. When I arrived during business hours to drop off the UHAUL truck, the only person qualified to receive the truck was not available for two hours. The attendant suggested I leave the keys and contract with him so the the turn in process could be completed at a later time. I was not comfortable with this idea and proceeded to call a UHAUL representative. It took me almost an hour to complete the process. This was not a pleasant experience.
David DominguezDrop off location is terrible. Lot is full with no room for equipment drop off. Employees avoid customers and run away when approached.
Aaron GraffThe location I picked it up from was great. The main location was trash
Angela CauseyI do not recommend. When using this company (U-Haul) they will charge you extra for any unknown reason. They don’t take anything into consideration when traveling from state to state. For the price they initially provided my was acceptable, however when I go to get the rental the price increased which wasn’t acceptable, then when I returned my rental the office was close at 12 on Saturday. If your moving state to state, Just use another company, that way you don’t have to pay this company almost $2000 and still have to do all the work.
